Interactive Account Executive
SiteLab International is seeking an experienced Interactive Account Executive to contribute to and share in our company's rapid growth. An Account Executive is responsible for achieving annual sales quotas focused on new business targets through excellent sales development skills and superior communication skills with experience selling online media and Wed site development.
Position will require a combination of several skill sets including consultative solution selling, presentation experience, customer interaction and relationship building.
Job Detail:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for prospecting, proposal development and writing, closing sales, and billing and collections.
- Generate leads into prospects by cold calling/networking and referrals from outside sources and inbound leads
- Client presentation and proposal writing essential element of the sales process
- Penetrate "targeted" accounts within a vertical market structure ( where possible)
- Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin sales cycle
- Work closely with Sales Management and Production/Marketing Team to determine a strategic approach
- Produce and deliver quality client sales solution through a client proposal
- Ensure strong communication and follow-up by passing lead or prospect through salesforce.com with all designated calls-to-action, follow-up dates, complete profile information, lead source, etc.
- Handle all required client follow-up regarding billing and collections
- Responsible for new business sales quota ( quarterly and annually) to achieve sales bonus and increase in commission percentage payout
- Achieving minimum sales goals quarterly is a condition of employment. Must be a closer.
- Some travel required

Required Skills, Education and Experience
- 1-2 years successful experience in sales development, preferably in Web site development and management, SEO, SEM and site search technologies; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Interactive agency experience preferred
- Proven track record of strong experience prospecting into companies, sale account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time and territory management
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills are essential
- The highest level of integrity, business and work ethics
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently with a positive attitude to take on any challenge
- Strong technical skills including PPT, Excel and Word. Experience using Saleforce.com a plus

Interactive Account Manager

Interactive Account Manager will manage the total client relationship as a business advisor and is responsible for day-to-day account management to improve retention of existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service, efficient management and a professional, entusiastic attitude.
This position will focus on improving client success by delivering exceptional customer service and overall strategy of the account to grow their business, increase their ROI and maximize revenue opportunities. The Account Manager acts as the primary interface between SiteLab and its clients, and will be responsible for providing ongoing support, service and consultation to clients by establishing and maintaining solid business partnerships.
Account managers interact across departments to facilitate client project success. A successful candidate will be able to drive the day to day priorities for clients needs to achieve business goals.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Retention of existing accounts by providing superior customer service
- Primary client contact for needs, questions, research/analysis, and all associated customer communications in fulfillment of daily client requests
- Pro-active assessment and monitoring of client activities
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and proactively assess client satisfaction
- Act as an advocate for assigned client(s), responding to client inquiries, providing pro-active client support and resolving cross-functional issues
- Work with internal departments to escalate client or technical problems and enhance customer satisfaction
- Write and prepare client reports and account management plans
- Facilitate new client project launch including kick off meetings, brainstorming sessions and weekly client calls
- Identify growth opportunities with existing clients – document upgrade and up sell opportunities and position for future sales
- Provide weekly client satisfaction summary reports to management
- Identify, create plans for problem accounts
- Identify, create plans up sell opportunity accounts
- May be requested to provide occasional on call support for 7/24 clients.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Interactive Marketing or Sales experience within an agency required or similar business with understanding of internet strategies ( PPC, SEO, Web site development)
- BA in Marketing, Communication or Business preferred and demonstrated advanced levels of communications
- Self-starter with strong customer service background
- Exceptional organization skills and be able to communicate cross-functionally.
- Excellent oral and written professional communication skills that project a positive, professional image
- Highest level of integrity and commitment to achieve company objectives

Online Marketing Intern

The role of the SiteLab Online Marketing Intern is critical to the success of the SiteLab marketing team efforts and the company as a whole. In this position, the Marketing Intern will gain valuable experience in the Web industry while helping to address the needs of SiteLab’s clients. Must have strong Excel skills to succeed.
Responsibilities:
The following typical responsibilities revolve around online marketing support and may be divided (not always equally) among Media Campaigns, Email Marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Support key client media plans and search engine marketing programs.
- Generate keyword recommendations and help to strategize prioritization and bucketing.
- Assist with creative copywriting for Pay Per Click (PCC) campaigns, possibly including ad-copy, toolkit writing and press releases.
- Daily verification of creative campaigns (checking against keyword buys, verifying proper creative is running and clickpath/Mediaplex tags are functioning).
- Coordinating monthly Excel reports to analyze and optimize client campaign.
- Assistance with accounting (media estimates, billing, invoice processing, reconciliations).
- Assist with PPC bid management using DART Search.
- Assistance with media vendor management to support client campaign.
- Research venues/tools and new social media sites for team evaluation.
Ideal Candidate:
Candidates should be current Marketing students or recent graduates seeking hands-on training and experience in the online marketing field.
Skills:
Candidates should have strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills.
Duration and Compensation:
The Online Marketing Intern is a temporary position for a pre-determined period (6 months) and may be renewable up to one time. SiteLab will work with the qualified applicant for school credit if needed.
